We've recently announced the launch of a new website, mypokerbasics.com. We have more websites under development. The idea is to create a family of websites to ensure we tap in various markets and offer you, our client, quality information on various aspects of gambling.

Future plans include a websites dedicated to bonus offers and promotions offered by poker rooms from around the world. We also plan to create sites about online casinos and sports betting.

The long term plans also include the creation of a large gambling forum where visitors of all our collective sites can get together and talk about gambling. When this forum is implemented, we will probably be looking at setting up special events, tournaments, freerolls, etc. We are particularly interested in creating poker leagues so look forward to these new additions this year.

In the short term, MyPokerCorner.com will get a minor home page revamp, where we will move away from a "blog format" and we'll adopt a more traditional style with a more static home page. We'll be able to better position announcements, hot topics, featured poker articles, etc. A significant change you'll see is a reduction of advertisements and links to other sites on our homepage. This will change will be gradual because we have some existing advertising agreements to honor, but once these expire, they will not be renewed. We believe that the advertisement makes our homepage too crowded and this affects your experience at MyPokerCorner.com. We believe in the quality of our content and poker articles, and we will continue to focus our efforts in developing those.
